Luxline Detailing, LLC – Terms of Service Effective Date: May 13th, 2025 Welcome to Luxline Detailing, LLC. By scheduling an appointment, utilizing our website, or receiving services from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and mutual understanding between you (the client) and us (the service provider). Who We Are Luxline Detailing, LLC is a Texas-based mobile auto detailing company operating under Zuric Ventures, LLC. We specialize in professional detailing services, including hand washes, interior deep cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coatings, engine bay services, and odor or mold remediation. Our mobile services are provided at your location within our designated service areas. Booking and Payment Appointments must be scheduled through our website at https://luxlinedetailing.com. A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the service. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay). Cryptocurrency and other nontraditional forms of payment are not accepted. Cash payments are not accepted, except for tips to the technician, which are welcomed and appreciated. Final payment is due at the time services are completed, unless an invoice arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. Invoiced balances are due within five (5) calendar days of service completion. Any unpaid balance beyond that period will incur a $25 late fee, followed by $5 per additional calendar day until the balance is paid in full. Continued non-payment may result in service refusal and may be referred to collections. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows We understand that schedules can change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without penalty. Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows, where the client is unreachable or fails to present the vehicle for service at the scheduled time and location, will result in a charge of 50% of the total service price. We allow one reschedule per appointment with proper notice. Repeated rescheduling or frequent last-minute changes may require full prepayment for future bookings. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who fail to meet scheduled appointments more than twice. If Luxline Detailing, LLC needs to reschedule—for example, due to unsafe weather conditions, vehicle inaccessibility, or equipment issues—we will contact you promptly and offer the soonest available time slot. In rare cases, we may temporarily pause bookings due to extreme heat, rain, wind, or local safety hazards, especially for services requiring open exposure or extended on-site time. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your availability. Preparing for Your Appointment To ensure smooth service, we ask that you prepare your vehicle and location ahead of time. Your vehicle must be parked in a safe, legal, and accessible area—preferably in a driveway, garage, or dedicated parking spot. We cannot perform services in active roadways, garages with low clearance, or locations with security restrictions unless prior arrangements are made. Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive items from the vehicle's interior and trunk before service begins. While we take every precaution, Luxline Detailing, LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle. We also ask that you notify us in advance of: Known issues with vehicle sensors, locks, or electronics Fragile aftermarket modifications Pet hair, mold, infestations, or biohazard concerns We reserve the right to charge a labor or hazard fee for vehicles that are excessively dirty or present health or safety risks. In extreme cases, service may be declined entirely. Prior to starting, we will discuss any additional charges if they have not already been added to your booking. If we are unable to service your vehicle due to safety concerns or other issues, we will offer to reschedule your appointment at a later date. Service Limitations While we strive to deliver outstanding results, we do not guarantee perfection. Some stains, odors, scratches, or blemishes may not be removable depending on the severity or age of the issue. Paint correction may improve the visual appearance of paint but cannot restore factory finish or reverse damage from neglect or improper care. Certain services—including paint correction, ceramic coating, engine bay cleaning, and mold/odor removal—are inherently higher risk. These services may require you to sign a detailed waiver and risk acknowledgment before we begin. If you decline to sign such documentation, we reserve the right to refuse that portion of the service. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment By using our services, you agree to release Luxline Detailing, LLC and its agents, employees, or affiliates from any liability for incidental, indirect, or unforeseen damages that may occur during or after service. This includes—but is not limited to—paint thinning, sensor malfunctions, loose trim pieces, or electrical failure resulting from pre-existing vehicle conditions. We take pride in our professionalism and exercise due care with every vehicle. However, many of the vehicles we service are already experiencing wear, damage, or modification. We cannot and do not accept liability for issues resulting from prior damage, neglect, or unknown mechanical conditions. For all services involving heightened risk, a formal waiver will be presented to you either via link or secure e-signature platform prior to beginning work. These waivers include a summary of risks and require your explicit acknowledgment. Satisfaction and Redo Policy If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know within 24 hours of the appointment. We will review the concern and, if appropriate, return to address it at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds for services already performed, but we will always strive to correct any valid concern in good faith. If a vehicle is exposed to dirt, weather, or new damage after the service is completed, we cannot be responsible for changes in appearance or condition. For best results, vehicles should remain dry and undisturbed for several hours after certain services, especially coatings. Use of Photographs and Marketing We may take before-and-after photographs of your vehicle for quality control and promotional purposes. These images may be used on our website or social media platforms. We will ensure that no personally identifiable information (PII) is visible in these photos, including license plates, vehicle identification numbers (VINs), or other identifying details. If you prefer that we do not take or use photos of your vehicle, please inform us at the time of service. Policy Updates We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available at https://www.luxlinedetailing.com/terms-of-service. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes agreement to the new terms. Legal Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal dispute arising from our services will be resolved through the appropriate courts located within the state. Assumption of Risk By accepting service, you acknowledge and agree that the following types of risk are inherently possible, even when reasonable care is exercised: Paint and Clear Coat Sensitivity: Older or poorly maintained paint may experience micro-marring, clear coat thinning, or peeling during decontamination or correction. Sensor and Electrical Sensitivity: Certain cleaning procedures, including light water or steam exposure, may affect aftermarket sensors, electrical components, or wiring, particularly in modified or aging vehicles. Trim and Accessory Damage: Loose or brittle trim, seals, or decals may become detached or deteriorate during cleaning or detailing. Stain and Odor Limitations: Some stains, odors, or contaminations (e.g., smoke, mold, bodily fluids) may not fully respond to detailing processes, especially if they’ve penetrated porous or non-cleanable materials. You accept that the results of detailing may vary depending on prior maintenance, material quality, manufacturer defects, and environmental factors outside our control. Luxline Detailing, LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes related to paint condition, odor removal, or restoration unless explicitly documented. If we discover pre-existing damage during the service, we may pause work and notify the client to determine how to proceed. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for: Removing all valuables, sensitive materials, and aftermarket electronics prior to service. Informing the technician of any areas that should not be touched or treated. Disclosing known defects, sensitive surfaces, or third-party modifications. We encourage clients to contact us at support@luxlinedetailing.com within 24 hours of service if a concern arises. We do not issue refunds for services rendered, but we may offer touch-ups or corrections at our discretion if concerns are valid and submitted within the proper window. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located within Texas. Risk Summaries – High-Risk Services Luxline Detailing, LLC The following services involve procedures that carry inherent risks to your vehicle. Although we use professional-grade tools, premium products, and industry best practices, it is important that you fully understand these risks before proceeding. Booking or receiving these services constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the risks outlined below. For certain services, a separate signed waiver will also be required prior to work beginning. Paint Correction (Compounding and Polishing) Paint correction involves the controlled removal of microscopic layers of clear coat to reduce or eliminate swirl marks, oxidation, etching, and light scratches. Risks include: Permanent thinning or removal of already-compromised clear coat Burn-through on repainted or poorly blended panels Increased visibility of body filler, feathered edges, or deep scratches post-correction Exposure of previously concealed defects under oxidized paint Vehicles with aftermarket paint, prior bodywork, single-stage finishes, or visible signs of neglect are more prone to these risks. Ceramic Coating Ceramic coatings create a semi-permanent layer of protection by chemically bonding to the paint surface. Proper installation requires precise surface prep and environmental control. Risks include: Uneven coating results such as high-spots or streaks Amplification of pre-existing paint defects if prep or correction is skipped Irregular surface behavior if applied to soft, failing, or peeling clear coat Chemical bonding to panels that may require polishing or re-application to correct Coatings must be maintained with proper wash techniques and should not be considered a substitute for regular detailing or care. Engine Bay Cleaning Engine detailing includes degreasing, brushing, and controlled rinsing or wiping of engine components. Risks include: Malfunction or failure of sensors, relays, fuses, or ignition systems Electrical shorts from exposed or degraded wiring Water intrusion into sensitive areas such as intake systems or fuse boxes Disruption of aftermarket components or custom modifications This service is only performed with full consent and may be refused if the engine bay presents elevated risk. Mold and Odor Remediation (Enzyme and Ozone Treatment) Interior odor and mold services involve chemical enzymes, disinfectants, and sometimes ozone machines to neutralize organic contamination. Risks include: Fabric or trim discoloration depending on material sensitivity Residual chemical scent or ozone reaction in confined interior space Failure to resolve the problem if contamination has penetrated padding or insulation Respiratory sensitivity or irritation for individuals with allergies or asthma These services can address surface-level contamination but cannot reverse long-term biological damage embedded into seats, foam, or carpet padding. Headlight Restoration This service involves sanding, polishing, and resealing plastic headlight lenses to improve clarity and light output. Risks include: Surface clouding or scarring on brittle or sun-damaged lenses Premature failure or peeling of UV sealant Clear coat removal or patchiness from prior headlight restorations Headlight restoration is not suitable for lenses with structural cracks or advanced degradation. Waiver Requirement and Service Refusal Some services listed above will require a signed waiver before work can begin. These waivers are legally binding and affirm that you understand the associated risks and authorize us to proceed. If you decline to sign the waiver when required, we reserve the right to decline that service. We will not proceed without documented consent for any high-risk procedure. Additional charges associated with risk-related services will be disclosed in advance and either included in your original booking or discussed before work begins. If any service is declined due to vehicle condition or safety, we will offer to reschedule the appointment or modify the service plan accordingly. Important Notes Risks increase with older vehicles, neglected finishes, aftermarket modifications, and vehicles with prior bodywork. Luxline Detailing, LLC is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or undisclosed concerns. Service results may vary depending on vehicle condition, materials, and environment. For questions about specific services or concerns regarding your vehicle, please contact us before booking. 📧 support@luxlinedetailing.com 📞 (210) 239-3396 🌐 https://luxlinedetailing.com

Vintage & Exotic Vehicle Consent Luxline Detailing, LLC At Luxline Detailing, LLC, we are proud to service a wide range of vehicles—from daily drivers to show-quality classics, rare exotics, and high-value custom builds. We understand that vintage and exotic vehicles demand a higher standard of care, as well as heightened awareness of potential risks. This page outlines the specific consent required when working on such vehicles. What Is Considered a Vintage or Exotic Vehicle? This consent applies to any vehicle that meets one or more of the following criteria: Aged 25 years or older (classic/vintage) Exotic or luxury class (e.g., Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, etc.) Collector or show-status vehicles Vehicles with high-value custom paintwork, wraps, electronics, or body kits Modified or restored vehicles with non-OEM or specialty components Any vehicle where service may require deviation from standard detailing procedures due to unique construction, value, fragility, or client instructions Why Consent Is Required Detailing a vintage or exotic vehicle carries inherent and elevated risks that may not apply to typical vehicles. These include: Fragile or brittle trim, seals, and paint Aftermarket or exposed electrical wiring Non-clear coated or single-stage paint systems High sensitivity to pressure, heat, or water Unknown modifications from prior owners or restorers Potential impact on collector value if damage occurs While our technicians follow industry best practices and use professional equipment and products, the nature of these vehicles means outcomes cannot always be predicted, and we must formally document client understanding and approval. Terms of Vintage & Exotic Vehicle Consent By proceeding with service, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following: I confirm that the vehicle I am submitting is either vintage, exotic, custom, or otherwise qualifies under the criteria described above. I understand that Luxline Detailing, LLC cannot be held responsible for damage caused by underlying or pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to aged paint, failing adhesives, brittle trim, corroded metal, or previous substandard restorations. I have disclosed any known issues, recent bodywork, repainting, or electronic modifications to the technician prior to service. I authorize Luxline Detailing, LLC to proceed with the services selected, understanding the risks involved, and I release the company and its employees from liability for cosmetic or mechanical complications arising from the detailing process. I understand that certain standard detailing methods may be adjusted, reduced, or skipped altogether if the technician deems them unsuitable for the vehicle’s condition or build. I agree to sign a service-specific waiver prior to the appointment if requested, and acknowledge that refusal to sign may result in cancellation of services without refund of deposit. Before You Book If you are unsure whether your vehicle requires this consent, please contact us before booking. We are happy to discuss your vehicle’s needs and determine the most appropriate service approach. In some cases, a technician may require a preliminary inspection or virtual consultation prior to confirming the appointment. Booking Disclaimer All bookings for vintage or exotic vehicles are contingent on client acknowledgment of these terms. By completing your appointment request and submitting vehicle details, you agree to the above conditions. A separate signed waiver may be required and will be sent to you via email or presented in person on the day of service. Questions?
